One of the key aims of the Tommee Tippee Professional Partnership is to develop professional resources and materials for you to use when educating patients about how to look after their newborn and growing babies. We have developed these resources with the help of senior health professionals, as well as taking into consideration your requirements.
Freedom to Express™ is a breastfeeding support pack which contains materials for you to use when talking to new mums about expressing breast milk and includes: a large format teaching wall chart on expressing, a pattern for a knitted breast to use for demonstrations, and leaflets about expressing to hand out to mothers.
‘More than milk’ is a parent’s guide to weaning. It provides a responsible guide to help parents understand the process of weaning, as well as how to navigate their way through issues such as food safety, hygiene and allergies. It is also packed with helpful and easy to follow recipe ideas!
‘Just add water’ is a guide to first cups. It explains the difference between cups with spouts and without, when to make the move to a sipper cup and how to encourage baby to drink from an open cup. It also provides practical advice on what drinks parents should and should not offer their children.
‘Settling down’ is a guide to soothing. It provides advice to parents about responsible soother use, highlighting the importance of not giving a soother to a new born baby. It also includes help tips for safe soother use, and practical advice on giving up a soother by the time baby is 12 months old.
